:: How does the High Speed Internet Access (HSIA) system work?
We would install a system for your guest's use that would allow them to connect to the Internet using their own laptops in their room or terminals in the lobby or other public areas of your choice.
Your guests then connect to the network installed in your hotel or apartments by Wireless (WIFI) or a Wired point in the rooms and business centres.
When they open their web browser, they are automaticaly displayed a welcome page - customised to your requirements - welcoming them to the property and giving them instructions on how to get online;
If you decide to make the service chargeable then a number of methods to get online can be used including;
- Bill to Room via PMS - By interfacing our systems to your Property Management System (PMS) you can have guests bill the Internet Access directly to their room.
- Dynamic Vouchers - Vouchers can be sold directly to the guest by your staff at the Reception desk, Bar or any other `Point of Sale` locations in your property. These vouchers are created and printed by our system live as the purchase is made, eliminating all of the logistical issues experienced when trying to handle boxes of pre-paid scratch cards.
- Credit Card Online - Guests can buy immediate access online using their credit card on our secure payment websites.
- Conference Login - Our `Conference Login` system allows your sales staff to sell small or large volume delegate logins in advance to your corporate customers. Since you will be issuing them with a single username and password for all delegates in advance, this makes it far easier for you to handle their Internet Access needs on the day
